Preorder with confidence
Your price is locked. Once your preorder is confirmed, we will never raise the price or cancel it because the product went up in value.
How it works
- Payment: Preorders are paid in full at checkout.
- Release dates: Dates come from the manufacturer and can change. We ship as soon as stock arrives and email you if your release is delayed.
- Mixed orders: Orders with preorder and in-stock items, or several preorders, ship together when everything has arrived. Want items sooner? Place separate orders.
- Purchase limits: Limits shown on a product apply per customer, household and address. Orders that get around a limit may be reduced or canceled.
If we receive less stock than expected
We only sell what we expect to receive. If a manufacturer or distributor short-ships us, preorders are filled in the order they were placed. Anything we can't fill gets a full refund plus a bonus of 5% of the refunded amount in Cardland store credit.
Canceling a preorder
- More than 14 days before the release date: cancel anytime for a 10% fee on the canceled items.
- Within 14 days of release: preorders can't be canceled.
- If we can't ship by the estimated date shown when you ordered, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund, with no fee.
Changes in market price or a lower price elsewhere don't change these rules. This doesn't limit any right you have under applicable law.
Other things to know
We may cancel and fully refund orders with obvious pricing errors, failed payment or suspected fraud.
